Butterfly’’ and “Golden Child’’ to “Yellow Face’’ and “Chinglish.’’ “So I really wasn’t that attracted to the Tarzan stories.’’
As a parent, though, he found himself watching and enjoying Disney’s animated movie, “Tarzan,’’ after it was released in 1999.A few years later, he wrote the book for the musical from Disney, which opened on Broadway in 2006 with music and lyrics by Phil Collins.

Since Getting to Know You prints the lyrics in French, I had been singing the song a second time in English so that kids could know what the words mean. From now on, I’ll sing the English words using the new Dites-Moi booklet which is illustrated with pictures made by the kids who are singing with me!
